Employee Self-Screening

Before arrival each day, employees are required to conduct a self-screening to determine fit for duty.
Employees will be required to sign-in each day online verifying that they have conducted a self-screening and are fit for duty.
Employees exhibiting any of following symptoms cannot enter IBA offices and must return home and consult a health professional

YES: Temperature greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius) or higher

YES: Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

YES: Chills, repeated shaking with chills

YES: Muscle Pain or Tiredness

YES: Headache, sore throat and/or loss of taste of smell

If YES any of these symptoms, please *** RETURN *** home and consult a health professional
